CAROL L. O'CONNELL is an experienced mediator who has also practiced family and business law in California since completing her undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley ('74) and law degree at San Francisco Law School ('78). She trained in 1985 at the Center For Mediation In Law and conducted mediations in her private law practice for 7 years before offering her services in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Carol completed advanced training in mediation in 1990 and is devoting her practice exclusively to mediation.
