Fees:
Mediation generally requires 3 to 5 (2
hour) sessions to address the issues that need to be included in your
agreement to be submitted to the court. Time spent in session and
preparing for and debriefing mediation sessions, coordinating with other
professionals, drafting agreements and in telephone calls are billed at an
hourly rate.
Initial consultation by phone is offered at no charge. (Up to one-half hour for each party.)
Payment of Fees:
You can pay for your mediation services
fees over the internet using a service called PayPal.
